BARBARA C. (SCHWEHR) EDWARDS
November 29, 1940 ˜ January 3, 2023

Barbara passed quietly with family present after a brief illness. Barbara was born in Belfield, ND, she was raised in Vancouver, WA. Barbara was wed to Alfred R. Edwards in 1962.

Barbara worked at N.W. Natural Gas for 15 years. In 1971 Barbara and her husband, Alfred owned and operated Town and Country Electric, which was later altered to Farwest Electric. The business was closed in 2009 upon Barbara and Alfred retiring.

Barbara was the matron of the Edwards family. She was the glue that held the family together. She leaves behind her husband, Alfred; her daughter, Lisa; her son, Freddie; her stepdaughters, Janet and Teri; daughter-in-law, Nita; eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Barbara is survived by her siblings, Agnes, David, Noreen, Jerome, and Patricia; lastly numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services:

A viewing will be provided by Hamilton-Mylan Funeral Home on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023.

During the hours of 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Later on, in the day a Funeral will be held at St. Thomas Catholic Church, Camas, WA, at 2 p.m.
