On December 6th, 2024, the world lost someone amazing. We lost Christina Michelle Cusack. She was only 47 when she died in Vancouver Washington. She was such a beautiful and kind person. She was a smart well spoken girl who everyone liked. She was a talented dancer, a great wife, an accomplished daughter, and the most amazing mom. She was born in Hamilton Ohio, but she grew up In Seneca Illinois. Her parents were very proud of her dance performances and taped them all. She graduated in 1996 from Seneca High School. She met her husband, John, and they fell in love after their freshman homecoming. Chris and John were married in 2000. She graduated from Illinois State University with a BS in business. She was a hard working salesman like her husband. She stopped working when she had her baby girl. She always said she never wanted kids, she thought vacations to Mexico would be more fun, but she loved her daughter with her whole heart. When her husband past in 2020, she dedicated herself to her daughter. They went on trips, they went on drives, they watched shows and movies together, they laughed and teased each other, they fought and yelled at each other, but most importantly they loved each other. In 2021 she had a stroke which prevented her from going back to work so she found something new. She began to volunteer for various food banks. She wanted to give back to people who weren't as fortunate as she was. She was so kind, helpful, charming, and funny. She never thought people liked her very much, but she was always wrong. She was adored.

She is survived by her daughter, Alex Cusack, her parents Judy and Emil Ontko, her grandma, Mary Ellen Ontko, her aunt, Barb Siders, her aunt and uncle, Denise and George Gow, her uncle, Ron Guilmet. She is now with the predeceased: her husband, John Cusack Jr., her grandparents, Walter and Edna Siders, George and Maxine Ontko, her uncle, Jim Siders, and her aunt, Mary Lois Guilmet.
