Ines Borja Castro was born Aug. 27, 1959 in Saipan, she moved to Vancouver, WA  and married Thomas Castro June 21, 1986 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband Thomas and daughter Joaquina, along with many other family members.

Over the course of her life her jobs she had made lasting relationships, she was always so willing to help others in any way she could.  She had such a big loving  heart and will be missed by so many.
