Pamela Kaye (McNeill) Krumm, born April 27,1948, died peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at her home in Vancouver, Washington.

Married to Phillip Thomas Krumm of Lenexa, Kansas, Pam was mother of three daughters - Tracy Lomax of Eugene, OR Jennifer Nieting of Wilsonville, OR and Molly (Charlie) Beauregard of Ridgefield, WA. Pam was grandmother to eight grandchildren - Joe and Ellie, August and Wren, Sullivan, Connor, Patrick, and Megan.

Pam was born to Lawrence Archibald McNeill and Ione Hanson in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was the youngest sister to Lawrence McNeill, JoAnne Hansen, Marilyn Meisel, Lynn McNeill, and Vickie Nelson.

Our charismatic and feisty matriarch, Mimi (whose middle name was 'FUN'), was full of faith, a giver, a welcomer, so creative, clever, full of life and sass! A stellar grandmother, her grandchildren recall fondly being spoiled by her with affection and treats, being woken up with raucous dance music, family beach trips, playing games she set up in her yard… traditions she created. Traditions her children are so privileged to carry on with her in mind.

Our Mimi was encircled by laughter, song, reading, prayer, and loving touch ("Don't pet me, I'm not a puppy dog!") during the weeks of making her way out of this world and into Heaven. Her sweet husband, Phillip (our Pa), her children and grandchildren, and August and Monica Krumm, who also knew her as Mom, sat with her as she made her way through her last days. Dad was steadfastly present by her side, his heart breaking all the while.

Pam was a dynamo. The love between Mimi and Pa was an inspiration to all who knew them. Pam was a shining light. She was incredibly committed to her Catholic faith and set an example for us all in how to show up for others. Both devout and irreverent, Pam was the life of the party on so many levels. She regularly served her parish communities in Park City, Lenexa, Lake Oswego, Wilsonville, and Vancouver.

She was cherished by so many… her nieces and nephews, honorary children and grandchildren through Pa, priests, neighbors, "was-bands", mailmen, and gobs of others. All who got to know and love her quickly became extended family. All were embraced wholeheartedly and showered with attention through her meals, smiles, information-packed phone calls, cards and letters, stories, prayers, witty wordplay, and ever playful antics.

Thank you for the music, Mimi! We will keep singing and dancing with you in our hearts.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary of Guadalupe Mission in Ridgefield, WA at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 7th with a Party for Pam to follow at the Beauregard home.
