Patricia "Trish" Ann Edwards, age 84. who was a loving wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother passed away at home on the morning of April 11, 2023.

Trish was born on March 8, 1939, 6 miles SW of Sunnyside in the Yakima Valley of Washington to Roy and Susan Idler. She grew up with two brothers, Walt & Russ and two sisters, Donna, and Jeannie. They lived on a farm where her love of gardening grew from an early age.

She graduated from high school at Hudson's Bay here in Vancouver and to this day she still has lifelong relationships with her classmates and friends. She married her high school sweetheart Bob, and they spent fifty-three glorious years together!

She worked at the family construction business as a bookkeeper until she decided to be a stay-at-home Grandmother where she could spend quality time with her grandkids. Her deepest love was for her husband, children, grandchildren, extended family, friends and God. Nothing was more important to her! She was the matriarch of the family and can never be replaced! Her heart was so full of love, and she had room for everyone she met, whether you were family or not, even if she had just made your acquaintance. She welcomed all with open arms! She knew everyone's birthdays, marriages, or any important dates worth remembering and she could recite them for you in her head (even when we forgot). She loved gardening, bowling, traveling and especially riding the trains.

Trish is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Susan Idler, brothers Walt and Russ Idler, her sister Jeannie Edwards, her loving husband, Robert "Bob" Edwards, her daughter Veronica Lynn Edwards and both of her sons James Dale Edwards and Ronald Raymond Edwards and grandson Adam Hurd.

Trish is survived by her "Beautiful Daughter" Ann Marie Eaton and her "Loving Sister" Donna Kay Edwards and her grandchildren: Ryan, Kailee, Crystal, Rob, Tricia, Raeanne, Hannah, Erica, and her great grandchildren: Dylan, Aydan, Molly, Gemma, Rowan, Grayson and Keegan.

There will be a viewing for Trish from 10:00 am to 11:00 am Saturday, April 29, 2023, to say your final goodbyes in the chapel of:

Hillcrest Church of the Nazarene, 14410 NW 21 ^st Avenue, Vancouver, WA.

Viewing will be followed with a service from 11:00 am to 12:00 and followed with a light luncheon in the reception hall. Family and Friends who wish to follow to Park Hill Cemetery are welcome!

Final Interment:

Park Hill Cemetery, 5915 E. Mill Plain Blvd.

Vancouver Washington.
