RONALD SCHLEGEL
August 15, 1945 ˜ October 2, 2021

Ronald Schlegel was born Aug. 15, 1945. On Oct. 2, 2021, he made his entrance into heaven.

He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam war. He loved his country and had so much faith in his God. He carried his courageous, honorable and dependable demeanor with him throughout his life. Ronald was a man who would think about the future, but always appreciated his present. He was a man who could think on his feet and use his hands to build and create anything he put his mind to. The way he could think of a solution to just about anything life through at him was very inspiring!

Ron would always talk about how God showed himself in so many ways during his time here on earth. The simple things in life are what made him so happy. With a laugh and smile that would light up a room, he is remembered by many. He is survived by the love of his life who is his wife of 40 years, his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Nov. 6, at 11 a.m. at Heritage Church, 8803 NE 76th St, Vancouver, WA 98662
