It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the passing of Sally Malloy on December 18, 2024 due to complications of Alzheimer's Dease.  Sally was born on August 19, 1935, to Gerald and Catherine (Kitty) Shannon in Seattle, Washington.

Sally met and married Lawrence (Larry) in September 1954 in Seattle where their daughter Catherine (Cathy) was born.  Larry and Sally relocated to Vancouver where they welcomed two more children, Julia (Julie) and Gerald (Jerry).  Sally was a dedicated wife and mother.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents and husband.  She is survived by her three children, Cathy (Mark) Johnson, Julie Spencer, and Jerry (Starla) Malloy; eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and brother Michael Shannon.

A big thank you to the staff and residents of Highgate Vancouver for the enrichment and compassion Sally enjoyed the past 6 ½  years.

A private family memorial will be planned at a later date.
